Mentoring Rules
A voluntary mentoring system is in place for new managers that the Commish feels would benefit from a helping hand at the start.
When the board Vacancies bod allocates a club to a new manager he will announce this to the list. If you would like the opportunity to mentor the new manager, mail the commish saying you will be their mentor.
The commissioner will pick a suitable person to assist the new guy and mail everyone or the list back to let them know who was picked.
The mentor will be expected to answer any questions, get the new guy to join both the snifl and snifl-announce list, post an introductory (in-character) mail to the list, make sure they know how to send a teamsheet, have them log into the site and update their personal information, encourage them to get their first 2 sheets in on time and ensure they don't have a transfer overturned by the commish in that period.
After 2 weeks of successful mentoring, the mentor is paid 1m for their trouble.
